1. Overview
Elegance Guide is a beauty tutorial application created by LIPEN. The app does not require an account or sign-in. LIPEN does not operate a user database for the app and does not collect personal data from users through the app or this website.
2. Information Collection
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, advertising identifiers, or other personal information through Elegance Guide.
3. Local App Information
Some app preferences may exist only on the user's own device to provide features such as favorites, viewing history, onboarding state, reminder preferences and interface settings. This local information is not uploaded to LIPEN servers and is not accessible to LIPEN.
4. Notifications
If optional reminders are enabled, notification permission may be requested by the operating system. Reminder scheduling is handled locally on the user's device. LIPEN does not receive the reminder content or schedule.
5. Data Sharing
Because LIPEN does not collect app user data, we do not sell, rent or share such data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
6. Data Retention
LIPEN does not retain user data on its servers because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us. Any app preferences stored locally on a user's device remain there only for as long as the user keeps them or the application remains installed.
7. Data Deletion
There is no server-side user account or personal-data record to delete. Users can remove local favorites or viewing history using the controls provided in the app. Removing the app from the device also removes its locally stored application data, subject to the device operating system's standard behavior.
8. Website
This public product website does not provide accounts, authentication or user profiles. The site is intended to present LIPEN and Elegance Guide. We do not intentionally collect personal information through the website.
9. Children
Elegance Guide is not designed to collect personal information from children, and LIPEN does not knowingly collect personal data from users of any age through the app.
10. Changes to This Policy
If the functionality of Elegance Guide changes in a way that affects privacy practices, this policy may be updated. The effective date above will be revised accordingly.
